courses or tests in mercy, character, compassion, or loving your family. Nor is
there;any;training;to;fan;into;flame;gifts
of;the;Spirit.;Paul;wrote;about;the;gifts
given;to;God’s;people;in;his;first;letter;to
the Corinthians:
“Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you be ignorant . . .
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the
same Spirit. And there are diversities of
administrations, but the same Lord. And
there are diversities of operations, but it
is the same God which worketh all in all.
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given
to every man to profit withal. For to one
is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom;
to another the word of knowledge by the
same Spirit; To another faith by the same
Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by
the same Spirit; To another the working of
miracles; to another prophecy; to another
discerning of spirits; to another divers
kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues; But all these worketh
that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing
to every man severally as he will” ( 1 Corinthians 12: 1, 4-11).
So God divides the Spirit and His gifts
up to every man as He wills, and then
in;public;school,;we;lump;them;all;back
together and try to get our children to
perform to the same standard in every
subject.
Wrong foundation; wrong goal. Public
school;is;devoid;of;God.;It;doesn’t;start
with God as its foundation, nor as its
goal. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning
of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom
and instruction” (Proverbs 1: 7).;By;design
and Supreme Court ruling, public school
does not begin its instruction with the
fear of the Lord—no, not even with the
acknowledgement;of;God.;He;is;either
non-existent or irrelevant.
Even though, without God, there is no
math: nothing to count, nothing to measure. Without God, there is no language:
no understanding, no encoding, no
deciphering. Without God, there is no
science: nothing would be constant;
nothing would be consistent enough for
the observation of patterns.
In the second reading of the Law, when
the Israelites were about to end their

Promised;Land,;Moses;taught;the;people
in;Deuteronomy;6,;saying:
“Now these are the commandments,
the statutes, and the judgments, which
the Lord your God commanded to teach
you, that you might do them in the land
wither ye go to possess it: That thou might-est fear the Lord thy God, to keep all his
statutes and his commandments, which I
command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy
son’s son, all the days of thy life; and that
thy days may be prolonged. Here therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it
may be well with thee, and that ye may
increase mightily, as the Lord God of thy
fathers hath promised thee, in the land
that floweth with milk and honey.
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one
Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God
