C. Gibbs III will host this new column.
Attorney David C. Gibbs III can often
be found at the center of cutting-edge legal issues. A gifted and dynamic speaker
and litigator, Attorney Gibbs is a graduate of Duke University Law School and
is admitted to practice before the United
States Supreme Court, numerous Federal
courts, and the following jurisdictions:
Florida, Ohio, Texas, Minnesota, Colorado, North Dakota, Tennessee, Michigan, and the District of Columbia. In his
legal career, he has represented Americans across the country in issues of life
and liberty. For twenty years he served
as general counsel at the Christian Law
Association and is the current president

Mr. Gibbs has the privilege to serve
real people with real problems through
the NCLL and his national radio broad-
cast on the Moody Radio Network, Law
Talk Live. On any given day, he is called
upon to advise and advocate on matters

crimination, estate planning, home-

is passionate about Constitutional liberty
