classes already planned out. If so, School
house Teachers.com is a good option.
Many people think they have to follow
a certain curriculum completely. Not so.
Homeschooling inherently is flexible and
allows for changes in both curriculum and
subject whenever desired. Parents have
complete control over curriculum. They
can move their children forward or back in
grade level depending on their ability and
never be considered ahead or behind.
Why the Teacher Should Be You
We’ve covered the how and why; now let’s
look at you. Homeschooling is a Biblical
foundation on which your children’s future
is built, and the teacher in that building
should be you. (See the Annual Print Book
2014 Editorial: bit.ly/2q WzSZ6.)
There is no one who knows your child
better than you. There is no one who un-
derstands their personality, quirks, hu-
mor, sensitivities, genius, special needs,
or health needs better than you. There is
no one who cheers their strengths and
bolsters their weaknesses like you. There is
no one who cares more deeply about your
child than you.
There are resources and support for you
and your children. You can do this! I know
you will blessed that you decided to bring
your children Home Where They Belong.
